Septic Systems
Installation
Sep-Tek installs complete septic systems for new construction, as well as replacement systems. A typical conventional septic system is comprised of a water-tight septic tank and attached field lines.
Inspections
During an inspection, we look for leaks and examine the scum and sludge layers in the tank. When the solids fill two-thirds of the tank volume, it’s time to pump the tank.
Pumping
The EPA recommends that you have your septic tank inspected every 3 years and pumped every 3-5 years to ensure optimal performance. Of course, your optimal schedule may vary dependant upon usage.
Repair
